proly already checked this,
but I would start at the fuse box, checking all fuses.
as far as the signal lights,
where did they stop working,? the indicators in the dash ?
or the lights them selves.
maybe a flasher problem for this one.
or maybe burned out bulbs.

Not the bulbs or the flasher. I just tested it and I'am not geting any power to the flasher. The four-ways work though. As for the dash lights they just stoped working I don't have a clue were to look on that one.

My diagram looks like it is two different problems best I can tell.

Flasher works because it gets it's power from the battery always hot terminal.

Turn signals gets it's power at the flasher which gets it's power from fuse 5 which comes from a gray/yellow wire coming from the ignition switch pin A2

Dash lights get power from light blue/red wire getting power at fuse 17 from the headlight switch.

Do your back up lights work? I show they share the same power as the turn signals from fuse 5 but take their power before the flasher directly from the input side of the flasher coming out on a purple/orange wire. Turn signal comes out the other side of the flasher on a blue wire and runs to the column turn switch.
