Hard Getting In Gears
Just Got This Truck, Troulbe Is The Cluch Feels Fine - But You Have To Force It, Into Gear (all Of Them And Rev) It Don't Grind Or Anything, Just Hard To Get It Into The Gear You Want, Its My 17 Yr Olds Truck And He Is Just Learning To Drive A Stick So This Just Makes It Harder

The gear lever goes straight into the top of the tranny so there's no linkage that could be sticking.
Change the tranny oil, making sure you use the correct oil for the type of tranny (Mazda or Mitsubishi).
The Mitsu tranny has an inspection plate on the bottom secured by 12 bolts and takes 4.8 pints SAE 80W oil.
The Mazda tranny has no sub-inspection plate and takes 5.6 pints of Dexron II or equivalent.

yep it was low on fluid turns out it has a bad leak gasket where the frt half and back half bolt togather never seen a leak from there before ( had 84 and 87 standards)never leaked, but we just got this b2 it don't look like fun thats for sure like to think i can keep adding till spring then pull the trans and do the cluch at the same time, have to see how long before we need to add more fluid again
