How do remove the speakers in the rear doors?
I have replaced the front with some great sounding Memphis speakers and have a set for the rear.

 

You have to pull the trim pieces around the window first. Forcefully but no too hard. After that it's easy. Remove the screws on the handle. Then remove the window switch and remove that screw. Take the screw out at the bottom of the panel. Then the panel should lift right off.
