F250 just ordered!
Just ordered my '05 F 250 yesterday!
Black XLT Sport with black leather interior
SRW Crew Cab
4x4
v10
4.30 gears
It was about time to upgrade from my '94 Bronco. Figure every 11 years or so I deserve a new truck!
Dealer quoted 6 to 8 weeks for delivery - may take a little longer with the holidays coming up and the associated plant shutdowns.
Can't wait!

I'm totally happy with the new truck.
The interior is the flint two-toned cloth, though I'm not sure how you could tell that from the photo.
Truth be told, I bought this truck from dealer inventory. It was 95% exactly what I wanted. Had I been able to choose, I would have elected black leather, and the 6-speed manual transmission. However, a custom order would have delayed delivery until after the holidays...and patience is not top of my short list of virtues.
More to the point, as the photo shows, my truck has the sport package. I absolutely positively wanted the body colored bumper and grill. Turns out that the manual transmission is not even offered with the sport package. (I find that to be incredibly strange, but who can understand marketing logic.)
I wouldn't likely have ordered a truck just to get leather interior, and when I also found out that I couldn't get heated seats with my package, that absolutely ruled it out. I don't mind lack of seat-warming with cloth interior, but winters get mighty cold in Eastern Iowa, and cold leather seats early in the morning are troubling.
The VERY BLACK truck looks good with the two-tone flint interior, and I'm more than pleased with everything about the truck. I wasn't sure how I'd react, since it would be hard to find a vehicle further from what I was previously driving than a big pickup. Pleasantly surprised by how much fun the truck actually is.
