After the hoses and electrical are removed, insert a large flat bladed screw driver under the base of the air box with the handle towards the engine and the blade between the two lower rubber retainers. Twist the screw driver and the bottom of the air box will lift itself out of the rubber retainers in the bottom of the fender inner.
