Do you have 2 dvc 10s is what you are saying. Or are they single voice coiled. i would get a mono block if you could. Tell me if they are single or dual voice coiled and how many you have and I can give you an idea what ohms you can run. When you buy an amp you want to run the subs the lowest ohms that the amp can handle so there is alot less resistance. When there is low resistance the easier the amp can push the subs. Also you want to find out the rms of the subs before you buy a amp. Dont buy an amp lower than the rms of both subs because it could cause damage to the subs.
Heres the best you can do. If they are single voice coil. Buy a mono block that is 2 ohms stable rated at 900 watts or more. To wire those subs to 2 ohms hook the 2 positives together and hook the positive to the amp. Then hook the 2 negatives together and run it to the negitive of the amp and voila you have 2 ohms. You can also wire them to 8 ohms but that would suck so go for the 2 ohm load.
Yeah but dont crank the gain all the way up or it could be trouble. But double check that is the rms rating of each sub not the peak. Multiply the rms times two and you will have what size of amp you want. Under powering subs can freeze them up so its better to have more power because you can always adjust the gain. The rms is what you pay attention to more than peak.
