<HR style="COLOR: #666666" SIZE=1> <!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Has anyone out there have a 2005 long enough to report mileage? If so, please include the specs on yours -- EB/XLT, 3.73 rear axle, 4x4, etc.
Ive got an '05 with over 4000 miles on it. It's an EB 4X4 with AdvanceTrac. I'm averaging 16.4 mpg. That's an average with 70% highway driving / 30% in town.
I have an '05 4X4 Limited with Advancetrac but only have 600 miles. I half way through my tank so I'll let you know shortly what mileage I'm getting. It's mostly city though so it won't be great.
nckracer,
Do you run your Expy in A4WD or 2WD? I have had mine set to A4WD the whole time.
I run mine in 2WD about 90% of the time. The only time I run in A4WD is when the roads are snow packed or icy, or when we go to the mountains and I'm climbing up sttep roads with loose gravel.
I,ve got around 11,000 miles on mine and the milage is still running in the mid-16s. Your average speed will greatly affect the milage, I average 70 -75 mph most of the time. I'm sure there are better milage reports out there for the people that average 60 - 65 mph.
I have not done any milage comparisons between 2WD and A4WD, but I'm sure the A4WD would consume a little more gas.
