1996 f150 chip ?

I have a 1996 f150 4x4 with 5.0 m5od and i wanted to know if the diablo sport chip would be more beneficial than a superchips tuner. i have 4.10 gears with 33 inch tires a 180 degree thermostat and shorty headers with a 3inch single exaust and an intake. Thanks in advance

What do you mean by more beneficial? More power? Or less expensive? Both? Or features? The Microtuner on a pre-1999 doesn't give all the features, such as speedo recalibration.
