Just ran it for you; apparently your insurance agent has some issues...
It shows just as it's supposed to...
Just to make sure, did you have the tailgate assembly on the truck repainted at Country Ford on 10/29/04?

No I didnt have the tailgate repainted but when I picked up the truck there were 2 small scatches on the left side box just below the rail protector. As I live about 300 miles away from the dealer he just told me to send a bill and I assume they turned it in to ford as a tailgate repaint.
