I don't know for certain, but I'd bet that it is. Another option is one of these, once they get them back in stock. That's the unit I bought, and it works great. It's designed for continuous use, rather than some that are designed for occasional use only. Should last a long time.

Yes it is - if you pull your old one out you'll even see an "International-style" part number on it (I think it was stamped into the metal mounting plate.)
Last GPR I got for my '97 came from the International dealer - they're way cheaper!

CAMPS/CPS = camshaft position sensor. Ford and IH use different terminology.
