Slight mis at idle
97 1 ton PSD Auto. 244,000 mi stock except for BB in FPR
Truck runs great except at idle I feel a mis. It's almost like a distant thump. Is this the famed #8 problems? What is the deal with #8? When looking at my engine which is #8? Can I replace 1 injector? Thanks

My 99' psd does something simular. Give her a lot of throttle (in gear) then put in the clutch and it will idle on what seems to be 7 cylinders. Blip the thottle a couple times then it goes away. I'm sure it's a fuel thing since it comes an goes.
Any ideas??
