04' Ford Supercrew Lariat Headrest Monitors

Has anyone installed monitors in the headrests on the 04 Supercrew lariat?

If you have, where did you get it done and what type of monitors did you install. Was it $$$

I had them some installed in my '04 F250 Lariat back in June of this year. I had them installed at the same place that did the install in my car. I chose the 7" Blackmores that they offered. Here's a link to the ones that I had installed. Here's a link to some pictures of what they look like in my truck too, just for grins. They also installed a DVD player in the center console. It works through an FM Modulator into the factory stereo. They also install some RCA input jacks on the back of the console, so that I can hook up a PlayStation, XBox, GameCube, etc...
