Plastic Rattle near headlight switch

Plastic Rattle near headlight switch
Would anyone know how to tighten the plastic dashboard panel which surrounds the instrument cluster, particularly in the area of the headlight switch?
I hear an annoying plastic rattle sound at high speed, but it disappears if I push on the plastic surrounding the headlamp switch opening. Sounds like a clicking noise, similar to a fly trying to escape through a closed window, and he keeps banging against it.
The dash was removed once to paint the left side of it, the part which is invisible when the drivers door is closed. (Someone dropped urethane on it when applying the paint protection.) The dealer probably did not reassemble it tight enough to the body, or firewall??
I would rather tighten this up myself than have to explain the above to a service advisor, and tie the vehicle up for a day.
