Yes there are stock trucks with those problems, but yours isn't. And my post isn't B.S.. I hope things go your way, but there are a lot of engineers and lawyers that could easily make that not happen. Everything has 2 sides. A sphere probably doesn't.

I guess a judge would decide if it's B.S. I'll let you know what happens with my truck. If Ford decides to take the route you describe (absolutely criminal) and a judge rules in Ford's favor (which he won't), I'll trade my truck in on a Dodge and be done with it!
my04beast, you had a problem with the truck when it was stock. Shoulda, woulda, coulda..... but it is fixable in the stock configuration. Did you read all the documentation they gave you when you bought the truck? Did you read the warranty guide? It is all real clear. I might mod the heck out of mine when the warranty expires. At that point it is mine to maintain anyway. It is not criminal for Ford to deny a warranty claim when they put in writing what the terms of the warranty are.
my question to sbv is where do you get off correcting my spelling and where do you get your facvts and numbers are you a ford employee, or you a ford troll lurking here slaming anyone who states they have a problem, ha ha it is a truck and we are just trying to get ford to give us what we paid for and its is still ford responsiblity to see that there dealers are able tooo fix the truck. It is not my fault they dont have there techs trained, and built a engine that doesnt work as they said it would on some trucks.
Tn_Mac, No, I do not work for Ford. I don't have any affiliation with Ford other than being a customer. I am just a well informed customer. I acquired a DVD with the Ford Service Manuals. I read them. I have been working on and administering computers for many years. The computer technology on these engines is good. Sensors do fail. I would be willing to bet your truck has a bad or marginal sensor or two. I am fortunate to have a good service department behind me.
