T_case Is A Go!!!!!!
i rebuilt the t-case and it WORKS!! but know i have a Q? i have 1990 bronco 112000K 300six E4OD my t-case went to ***** and i fixed it!yes! but how much longer tell the tranny goes??? it seem to shift good and dosent make any noise!!

The secret to longevity in ANY tranny or t-case is cooling, cooling, cooling. This is especially true of the E4OD. In short, if its running fine now, keep the fluid and filter clean and consider adding a seperate cooler if your truck doesn't already have one.

good job! I'm with grey on this one...cooler is better. You can also add an inline filter to help keep the fluid cleaner.
btw...I'm curious...how did the oil pump lugs look inside your TC?
