Keyless entry won't work !

This is the first winter I have had a keyless entry and it won't work when the engine is running is there any way to make it work?

Are you talking about the keypad on the door, or the key fob remote?

Does it work when the engine is off? I could be wrong, but I don't think the key fob is supposed to work once the engine is running. Do you have remote start?

yes it works with the key off Iwas just hoping it would work with engine running for warm-ups,etc. Thanks for your help!
