The 5 speed auto
what do you guys think about this trans pro's and con's i'm still undecided although i think it shifts way to much i liked to 4 speed better i think. It has 70,000 miles i'm worried how much longer it going to live!!!

It's the same tranny, there are a few minor differences, one being, the front sun gear is held causing the pinion gears to rotate around the front sun gear. The 5R55E, 4R44E & the A4LD are all based on the C-3.

I see what you are saying about the 5 speed shifting alot it worries me sometimes cuase it will go into a gear hard and then other times it will down shift and sift right back up so far i have 19k on it and it had been tested and so far so good but it worries me that there maybe a new trans by spring how this one acts
