I have replaced the cam position sensor and still recieve a code .I had it scanned again today and the code read as follows........cam position sensor malfunction circuit A bank 1 malfunction.Does anyone know what all this means?

If you look the code up here you will see that many faults can lie in the circuit itself:
Look up 1995+ Ford OBD-II Diagnostic Trouble Codes (PDF)
So you might start by checking CMP harness connector and wires for any signs of chafing or corrosion.
