Shift Flair.Fix?
Well.....I finally got my guages and flip chip installed. However, I still have my shift flair only going into fourth gear (4R100). I have a Sonnax and tricumulator springs. 1-2, and 2-3 shifts are perfect, but that darn flair is back even with the chip on the low setting. The flair came about every so often when in stock form, but now it is back a little worse. I can have line pressure mods made with the chip from 3-4 only, but don't want to over pressure the trans. Sooooo, any mechanical changes I can make? Or should I just have the line pressure bumped for 3-4 gear shifts? I need to find out what is going on since the chip is on its way back for reprogramming next week. Anybody?
