86 F150 Keeps dying
Need some assistance. Every once in awhile my truck dies while sitting at idle or slowing down to make a turn. After dropping it to neutral and turning the key it immediatly fires up and runs fine again. Any ideas what this could be?

On an EFI engine this could be anything, you'll wind up throwing parts at end till ur blue in the face and still not fix the problem you started with, get a code reader from walmart or something, (by the spark plugs area) and make sure its a digital model, read the instructions on how to set it up and then post the codes in the order you get... we'll help you fix it.

My 86 with EFI 302 sometimes stalls around turns when you push in the clutch, it seems to me that if the battery is a little low the computer dosn't like it, and I make lots of short runs, so throwing a charger on it for an hour sometimes helps, not to mention a bottle of fuel injector cleaner once in a while. All the fuel filters are new.
