Lift question/ not typical

I want to lift my truck "front" 6". I want the back to be a little lower than the front. I would like to use Superlift's 6" springs in the front but don't know how much lift to put in the back. If I buy the standard kit, it will sit level, so I guess I need to piece together a kit. Would 4" rear springs be OK? I like the look of the front being higher than the rear. Thanks

2000 Ford F-250 PSD, CC 4x4, On Steroids.

That should work.

To give you an idea. my superlift has 8" springs in the front, with the 6" rear lift springs and a 4" block. It sits level like that. With the factory block (3.5") the front would have been a touch higher.

or, when your order your stuff, tell them it has 4" rear blocks, instead of the stock 2". they will send the correct springs to make it sit level.

I'm glad someone else likes the front a tad higher than the rear it just looks better to me and drives better. the leveling kit is 2.5 so I would think that the rear is that much higher unless it is a f350

i never knew it drove better?...hows that..... these trucks were made to tow/haul that is why they sit tail high, under the rated load capacity they sit level, to ensure the driver can still see the road un-obstructed and insuring the change in rake of the truck does not put the front end castor out of safe limits.... for those of you who like the front end high look i hope you got your truck castor put back in limits( the limits are very tight) for the angle you drive you truck at.. also hows the view.. your supposed to look at the road not the stars?

i got ya. my email should be on here. When you get it off send me an email, I want to lift mine but would rather buy a used one a lot cheaper than some of the new kits out right now. I'd probably be willing to take it off your hands. I was in North Carolina last weekend picking up a set of road armor front and rear replacement bumpers. We have a load of construction up here, but we only hit one area in NC and we sat for almost 2 hours. Glad its almost winter so they quit for a while.

From: Nevada,
Hi Everyone,

My 97 F350 supercrew sat level after the lift, but a set of velvet ride shakles in the rear lowered it about an inch after they settled, i love the look on the truck. Hope this helps.
