I noticed that some of the members here have a American Flag as on there replies that looks like it is blowing in the wind. I was wondering if there is a way that I could use this as my background? I know I can right click on it and set it as wallpaper, but it doesn't move like it does on FTE. Is this possible? Thanks
to my knowlage for a desktop wallpaper the image has to be in .bmp this file can't have noving text or picstures, just a still pic. you can however i think use that image as part of a screensaver
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 14-Feb-02 AT 12:37 PM (EST)]you can use any picture file. Jpgs are the best as they are the smallest.
You might be able to get the flag to move, but you have to set it up as an object, not a background.
Right click your desktop, go to WEB, select NEW, select the pic you want, It will show up on your background, and you can move it around.
You can't tile it and have it move in the normal way. Maybe you could just rename the flag different names and create them over and over like I said above. Might take a while depending on how big the flag is.
