Not so much power but the best thing to do from the start: new intake setup and exhaust. Tymar is really common, and cheap, and a good 4" exhaust will help your truck breath better and sound awesome!
After that it would be gauges(pryo, tranny temp and boost), then a power adder. The chips add a lot of heat, and you need to be able to watch your EGT's so you don't burn things up.
