door panels

I have a 1999 F-150 sc XLT 4x4,can someone please tell me the proper way to take the door panels off so I can check my door switches

the cover for the door locks and window controls pulls straight up to get it out of the way, then the side trim pieces on either side of the window just pull straight out also, and then there is a tab thing on each side. You push in the center button on the tab and they should pull right out. then you also remove the door handle by popping off the little cover and removing the screw that's in there, i think it's a 10mm but i'm not sure. after that the whole thing pulls up and then out.
other questions?
