Well, if I remember correctly, the Invoice price is the "lowest", that is what the dealer pays for it from the factory. However there are volume discounts and what not that may reduce the amount the dealer pays from invoice. the MSRP (manufacture's suggested retail price) which is what the manufature says the dealer should sell it for. Typically, the dealer cost is about 75% of the retail list price, and the dealer expects atleast a 10% margin on the sale.
