Just thought I would ask for some opinions/views on these tires.
I own a 95 f150 v6 2wd, w/Fabtech 3 in. lift.
I 've looked @ the following tires (31x10.5x15)
BFG's M/T KM, Michelin LTX M/S, Bridgestone Dueller REVOs,
Cooper Discoverer ST, Yokoham Geolandar M/T
and the TRxus M/T attracts me both for looks and price.....but I would like to hear from some of you with first hand experience with some these tires.
75% of the time they will be on pavement cuz it's my daily driver but I do get out to the ranch and cut loose on weekends.
I have had 2 sets of the BFGs. They are a pretty good all around tire that lasts for quite a while. However, for what you get, I now think that the cheapest comparable tire (like a walmart special) that saves money is the way to go.
I've had several sets of BFG all terrains now the KO. Just put another set on my F-350. Got 71k miles fron last set. Have never found a better tire for mixed, mostly highway use. Northern New England winters are no problem for All Terrains. Heartily suggest The BFG product.
Just bought a set of BFG Allterrain really good tire. The traxxus mt are good but dont last long on the road to soft of compound you might get 20k out of them if your lucky.
