The cast-in code (from the intake manifold? missing one digit) looks to be a '67 truck motor. But you probably already knew that anyway.
If the coil sits on top of the intake manifold near the distributor, there may be a tag under it that will tell more.
The door tag from the cab will also spell it out - I'm not sure how the truck VIN decode works, but the car engine letter was the 5th digit in the VIN number.
