What kind of exhaust are you looking for, factory replacement? Aftermarket performance? Loud or quiet? Which particular style, out the back, out the side, single/dual..etc etc...fill us in bud

How loud do you want it? Obnoxious, pi$$ people of loud, or a nice rumble thats noticable on the gas? I have a Flowmaster 40 series original SI/DO from the first cat back, then out the back with 18x3.5" tips. It has a nice deep rumble at idle, and is quite noticable when you get on it. It doesn't have quite as much crackle as I'd like, like FM's w/o cats have, but it still sounds nice. That's on my 95 f-150 with the 351.
My buddy has a 94 f-150 with the 302 with true duals, no cats, and 40 series original FM's on it. I love the sound of that. Nice and deep, a little crackle when he gets on it.
I like the Flowmaster sound if you can't tell.
