Ohio guy visited....

...Phoenix last week and I wanted you guys out there to know how amazed how many old trucks I saw with NO rust! I'm so envious I could move...
You guys are lucky not to have to deal with the tin worm much. And while I didn't go everywhere in your town, what I did see was very impressive (and clean).

Welcome to the snow bird capital of the world!! ha ha. Yeah, we have it pretty easy out here with the lack of salt on the roads etc, but come visit in july or august and then reply back with what you think of the place.. Constant 115 degree days with no fall/spring weather gets old after 28 years, I'm ready to move out of here!!

I'm sure the whole "grass is greener on the other side" thinking of mine will be shot out the window as soon as I move anywhere else. I mean, how many places can you go snowboarding AND wakeboarding all in the same day!!!

no tastes alot like spotted owl without all the left wing taste. oops, i dont think i can say that... with flagstaff begining to prep for the new salt-volcanic mix, i am keeping my distance from there. they have talked about it for years, just waiting for it to start. real soon we will be seeing it here near prescott. gotta love DOT, the cheaper the material the better!!!

They should take the money they're going to save on this ultra mega mix and buy some snow making machines so I don't have to drive so far to sunrise 5-10 times a year...

i make my living spinning wrenches...couldnt see doing it elsewhere

very few places in the world you can loosen an exhaust bolt on a 5 year old truck and back it out with your fingers

i grew up in NH 2 miles from the ocean...constant battering by salt in the air made it miserable to work on cars there...thats why I did construction
