what are the specs on the cam shaft in a stock 99 5.4?

want a bigger one. got those specs? or a good suggestion on sizes.

Cam specs

OK this will depend slightly on what vehicle you have.... I wasn't able to find anything about duration but....
E-series vans and heavy duty pickups(f-250 super duty and f-350) your lift will be .4728 on the intake and exhaust.....

Light duty pickups(f-150 and 250) and expedition .5126 Intake and .5418 exhaust...
