'95 PSD...can anyone tell me what the fuse in slot #4 under the hood goes to?. It keeps blowing but I can't tell that anything is affected. My ABS light stays on but they don't seem to be on the same circuit. Any help would be much appreciated!
The #4 fuse in the fusebox under the dash is for those items listed earlier. The power distribution box under the hood is labeled with letters so starting at the bottom left (A) for Diesel applications the fuses are labeled:
Starting at the bottom (as you look at the box from the left fender) left column (closest to the grill) and going "up" (toward the engine):
A (20 amp radio)
B (15 amp Ambulance Diesel 200 amp alternator voltage regulator only)
C (30 amp Horn relay, daytime running lights, high beam flash to pass)
D (25 amp Trailer marker light relay, trailer backup light relay)
E (15 amp Backup lights, daytime running lights, trailer battery charge relay)
F (10 amp Trailer right stop/turn lamp)
G (10 amp Trailer left stop/turn lamp)
Maxi Fuse Locations
H (30 amp Injector driver module IDM)
I (20 amp PCM, PCM power relay, trans control, IPR, IDM relay)
J (20 amp - see fuses 15 and 18 starter relay)
K (Not used)
The L position starts at the "bottom" in the center column and going "up":
L (50 amp - see fuses 5,9 and 13)
M (Not used)
N (50 amp - see fuses 1, 7 and fuse E)
O (Not used)
P (50 amp Generator charge indicator, instrument cluster, see fuses 2,3,6,11 and 17 and maxifuse U, also see Circuit Breaker 14)
Q (30 amp Trailer battery charge relay)
R (40 amp Main headlight switch, headlamps)
S (50 amp - see fuses 4,8 and 16, also circuit breaker 12)
T (30 amp Trailer electronic brake controller)
u (30 amp Fuel line heater, 200 amp alternator/voltage regulator, PCM power relay coil, glow plug controller)
The relays, starting from the "bottom" again and going "up", as follows:
PCM power relay
IDM relay

Top relay (closest to engine) not used.
