Well it is back in the shop again # 2 injector is being replaced, high pressure fuel pump and a cracked Y-pipe. This is the second injector in 50,000km also had the doors painted twice for the door rubber chaffing issue, now there is clear tape to stop this, and also had to have the rear slider changed for a bad seal and leaking. I love this truck but this is the first Ford I think that is just not reliable and to replace it with one that has a unproven new front end set-up, well I think I'm going to have to consider the Bowtie.
BTW it is a F350 supercab dually 4X4 Lariet bought in Nov/03.
Didn't mean that the front end doesn't work, I meant that the parts will probably be junk and break! I need reliability.
I'm taking it deer hunting for a week today and if she dies on the way I shall dispatch her and hang it in the closest tree for some poor soul to come and pick at her carcas. fingers crossed.
