my 2001 sd started that 2 years ago. i had to pull out the fuse to shut it off, eventually quit, dealer said it would be hard to find. now it has started again and as soon as i put fuse back in it starts blowing again, of course it is out of warranty.

Check for a chaffed ground wire to the horn. That was the problem on my wife's 84 GMC. I think that when you press the horn it applies ground to the horn as the 12v is always there. Could be wrong but worth checking into.

I had this problem with my 99 F-250. I was sitting inside and all of a sudden, my horn came on and stayed on. Freaked me out a little. Like the others, I had to pull my fuse out. If I put it back in, it would just go back to the constant blowing. I brought it into ford and they fixed it. I'm not sure exactly what the cause was. It was still under warranty at the time.
