Overdrive light flashing??????
Buddy' late '99. Overdrive light flashing, anti lock brake light on and no speedometer. What is causing this? Could it be the VSS? Have not had a chance to get code(s) yet, just looking at the symptoms. Any ideas?????

Casey is more than likely right. This is one of those off the wall part that cost less at the dealer than somewhere like Autozone or Checker.
Replaced mine (97 F250HD) for ~$20. Autozone wanted $40. Go figure.

I agree. The speedo and the abs light is a good indicator. $19.95 at dealer. It's on the rear differential on the top. One bolt and pull it out, put in the new one. Takes all of ten minutes start to finish-
