Cab Bushing Replacement

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I bought a new set of cab bushings for my 97' F250 from energy suspension to fix my sagging problems. (Cheaper than liposuction). I read the directions, tried to beat the hell out 'em to get them to come out, to no avail. Gotta be some trick to it, Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

O yea - there's a trick alright. Painindaazz. I did a body lift and replaced my bushings at the same time on my old truck. It was NOT easy, and the directions make it sound like you give 'em a good wack with a hammer and they come right off. All I gotta say - get out the torch....

Okay guys, figured out an easier way! After removing the bolts from inside the cab, I took a 3/4" drill bit and drilled out the center of the bushing flange from the top down to remove the flared section of the lower flange. This allowed me to take a piece of 1/2" round stock (as per the directions) and insert it from the top and knock the bottom flange out with very little effort. Hope this will help others in the future.
