Tranny Flushing

So i know its been debated to death but i just spoke to my people at Gerhart Performance (a top notch chain) .
They sell-install-rebuild-tune-dyno any and all things diesel.

So, i was curious about a tranny service and the possiblity of a tuner.
Since they have the best dyno in the south i had to pick his brain.

They like Superchips Programmers over anything else and they have run them all.
I even bought a BAnks exhaust a while back and i was expecting then to pump that up but, NO.

Tranny: they are a "Ford preferred " service center (not exactly sure what that means) and they know Fords quite well.
Was told that they use their "flush machine" in some applications but not so on the six-oh.
Mentioned that Ford put a one way valve somewhere so you can not actually flush the system and that process is to really clense the coolers out(there are two).
When they do warranty work or what not they must change the coolers b\c that is where the crud is and you can't flush it due to the valve.

So it appears for now that any shop that try's to sell the "flush package" is definitely taking you for a ride...
So i can now have peace by just dropping the pan and changing the filters and fluid without wondering about the dang flush......
