PRICE CODE INFO plz
Hey, all, I have a question I have 2 separate orders 1 price code 515, and one with P/C 530. My question is to find out what the invoice price on ESOF, FX4 pkg, and the LT 245 OWL AT 17 tires for price code 515 is. If anyone can tell me that would be awesome, I think it will save me about $3-400.

As Ford increases prices, they show as different price levels. You can only order at the current level, but if you can find an in-stock unit built at an older (and therefore lower) price level, then you could save some money. But they aren't different levels that different peole can order at, it's more of a time-line reference.

Thanks Jeff, they are the same truck, I couldn't figure out the difference in price, I should have been locked in w/ 515, but I have 2 printouts and the latest printout showed the 530 code, which is about $335.65 more. My first printout was 8/31 date order placed, and 2nd printout was 10/12.

If the truck was ordered in your name, and it has a sales-type code of anything but "2," then you have price protection. Even though the invoice and sticker will show the current (and higher) amount, the dealer should honor the older price when you pick it up, and then they will apply to Ford for the difference.

EXCELLENT. I called my other dealer friend and she looked up an invoice on instock truck similar to mine, and it appeared that the options ESOF, FX4 and the TBL tires did not go up from p/c 515 to 530 like the base truck and Moonroof, and US gal gas did. I've got no worries about the dealer honoring my order, as its type 1. in my name.
