Desktop Dyno Please

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me choose a cam with their desktop dyno.
I am trying to choose between these three cams, all mechanical flat tappet.

Comp Cams grind # FS 270S-10

I have a 347 stroker with forged srp pistons 9.7 comp ratio
5.4in rods cast stroker crank
Ported stock heads with 58cc combustion chambers comp cams roller tip rockers
Offenhouser dual plane intake 600cfm edlebrock performer carb
Hooker super comp headers and flowmaster super 40 series mufflers

If you could please tell me the horsepwer and torque at rpms
It is goin in a 68 mustang with an automatic
