"Low Range" light blinking

I've never owned a 4WD anything before, but we just got my '88 B2 roadworthy again.

Both lights are lit on the little overhead console, and the low range one is blinking. I've tried doing what the sticker on the back of the visor says, but it keeps doing it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I'm assuming its auto-tcase then? What you should do is put it in reverse go back a few feet, put it in neutral, push the "Low Range" button and let it sit for a few seconds to dissengage it's self, then put it in drive and now the low range light shouldn't be blinking, if it is constantly on now, but it in neutral again and press the low range button till the low range light goes off, then put it in drive, and drive a little ways and then push the 4-hi button to turn that off, unless you want 4wd on. That's for auto-tranny also, should be about the same for manual, just change out a few words here and there.
