Has anyone tried this unit? Motorhaven sells it. It illuminates your low beams when you activate your highbeams. I'm wondering if the heat from both filaments is good for the housing or bulb life?
On my 2015 "bambi mode" only keeps your fog lights on with high beams.
It DOES NOT make both the high beam and low beam headlight bulb filaments light at the same time.
And what brought up this old thread anyway? LOL !
That is true. It won't do both, it just over-rides the factory setup that shuts off the fog lights when clicking the brights on. I solved that problem, by swapping out the factory fog-lights with really bright LED's. I have a winch bumper, that has the fog light location built into it, and the fogs are aimed down, so they won't blind traffic, but still LIGHT up the night!

Yeah, I plan to add some light up front soon. Think I'm gonna go with the Rough Country dual "in grille" setup. I'm hoping that's what santa brings me this year lol!
