1998 Expy Theft LED Light Question ...
Those of you who have a '98 Expedition ... can you tell me if your "THEFT" LED light in your speed-o cluster "blinks" when the vehicle is off and the ignition key is out???
I have a 2000 Ranger, and the "THEFT" LED light blinks when the vehicle is off and the ignition key is out. I expected my '98 Expy to do the same but it only comes on for like 2 sec's when I first put the ignition key in, then it goes back out.

Thanks ... Your Expy does what mine does. So that must be normal.
The "blinking" on my 2000 Ranger is meant to be a factory theft deterrent for when the truck is left unattended. I thought the '98 Expy would blink also, but it seems that feature was either not in place in '98 or it wasn't on the Expy's?
