I've been collecting 12" GI Joe for a few years now, and 1/24 - 1/25 scale model kits. Also have a large collection of ball caps.

I just started collecting newspapers with all of the world news and elections and all. I've got some coming to me from 4 different cities the day before, day of and day after the election. Something to show my kids.

I've been collecting things related to chickens for 15 years now. These are all in my kitchen. Then I have my vintage crochet pot holder collection. And my carousel aniversary clock collection. Oh, and my daughters tell everyone that I collect panties because I have at least a couple of hundred in every color you can think of. Their so proud of me.

I've been buying comics for about 20 years now... although I do make it a point to read every one I buy... and if I get to the point where I stop reading the series, I stop buying it...

I have a large collection of unbuilt plastic models...

A few comic-book oriented statues...

Tools... I have an ever increasing collection of tools... I doubt this will stop any time soon...

I used to have quite a quiver of bicycles... and still have too many according the other half...

Guitars... at one point I had 22 guitars of various types.. but have since pared that down to about 10.

Books... have an embarrassing number of yet-to-be-read books...

I collect...everything! I can't seem to throw anything away that I might possibly have a use for someday, including cars and parts. I do have coin, stamp and rock collections from my childhood. And matchbooks. Ther only ones that might be worth anything are from the filming of "Godfather II" They are from the set of the communion party scene at the beginning of the movie and are embossed with the initials MFC...for Michael Francis Corleone. I only have two, one blue and one gold. I guess I should have grabbed more, they were free for the taking. -TD

coins for me, and racing cards (nascar only)
collect model kits, too, and actually build some of them, got some die-casts, too, mainly 1/18 scale, kinda hard to display 30 plus cars that big..lol
got about about 100 or so hot wheels Ford vehicles, opened up, that i set on a shelf, everytime a new design, or paint scheme comes out, even on the same kind of car, i'll get it, but it has to be a Ford!
here lately, I've been collecting race car models, got an old Petty STP dodge somethin' or other, 1964 Belvedere, I think, got the requisite Davey Allison and Ernie Irvan Havoline T-birds, as well
