Question What do you think about this?

I have a 2004 KR F-250 Crew Cab Fx4 with the 6.0 that I bought in april 04 with a march 04 build date on chassis and engine. I put 9k great miles on it, and then started having ridiculous problems. It started with the trans slip...my dealership had to replace the trans shift soilenoid three times. I went to the dealership for the fourth time with the same trans slip problem, only this time, my tow/haul light was flashing (the comp is saying the tranny is in touble). The diesel tech told me to drive it anyway over the weekend and see what happens. Going against my better judgement..I did. That night as I was coming to a stop light...that was the last time my truck moved under its own power. It rolled to a stop, the engine making neck hairing raising noises...like it was tearing gears apart. and then it died. I put it back in park and started it back up and it ran fine. I put it in drive, and there was the same griding noise..then it died. I helplessley sat in the middle of an uphill intersection, not able to push the truck anywhere for two hours until roadside picked me up. The truck was in the shop for a month. Needless to say - they had to replace the whole trans, with a final warranty bill of 9 thousand dollars. OK - so thanks to Ford for replacing a faulty trans for me...but they could give me no explaination as to why it ate itself. I do not do much towing and I do not run any aftermarket tuners. Anyway, it has been two weeks since I got my truck from Ford, everything has been great - until, I went to my left from tire to get a pebble out of it and my eyes focued on the joint where the front axle connects to the front diff. Out of 4 bolts, there was only 1, and it was turned about 3/4 of the way out. Of the two clamps, 1 was missing and the other wasn't even supporting the joint. Took it to Ford with the best guess that the tech only half tightened the bolts during re-assembly and forget to tighten them the rest of the way. Ford fixed the prob immediatly...but gave me the explaination that the bolts SHEARED off. I don't think so. When i was under the truck to temporarily support the joint so it didn't fall into the road as I was driving down the road and rip itself off the from of the trans and jam itself in to the firewall and cause a very expensive reapir....there were no sheared bolts on the joint. What to do? Forgive for the novel.
