engine mount towers

I've done a search on this topic which resulted in mixed opinions. I am looking for engine mount towers/perches for a 302 swap into my '76 F100. I've located a a wrecker with a 400 in it but it's a bit of drive. Can anyone tell me for sure if 400 towers are the same? Actually, can you let me know which towers will work. I know FE won't their too hi, I doubt that an I6 will work which leaves 302/351w and 351C/351M/400.

which leaves,the ones you list will fit.

Thanks 312, I wasn't sure if the 302 where the same as the 400/351C/M. I'll Make that drive out to the country and grab them before some one else does!

i just pulled a 351m out and dropped a 351 windsor in no problem gravy train actaully swapped all out motor tranny and transfer caes out took 2 days working on it off and on and cost the guy 350 for labor...I have a four speed and a windsor in my 78 and has good power and plenty of rev.good luck
