The reason I ask, is my order was put into the system supposedly on Sept. 21, or 22 and I still don't have a clue when it will be delivered. I spoke with the manager two weeks ago, and he said it had a VIN #. As of Sat. it still only had a VIN #. How can someone order a truck in OCT. and have it delivered in early DEC. and I'm still waiting with nothing but a VIN #?

Ordered mine yesterday they told me 8-10 weeks. I figure things slow down at the plant aroound the holidays.

i ordered f350 4x4 s/c sb lariat psd on 5nov. Had same prob finding anything out. Dealer had to contact rep and she checked and now have build on 20 dec. Said order was received but the way ford allocation works , small dealer i ordered through was the hold up for a month. i dont understand what that means but now im trying to find out when truck plant shuts for holidays.

My F250 has the 17" wheels, I ordered a Lariat 4X2 stretch cab, still haven't sold my crew cab 03 yet. Either everyone needs 4X4's or the timing is wrong with winter knocking at our door.
