Need Info

I just totalled my 1995 f150 with an I6 and I am wanting to upgrade to a F250 PSD. I cant afford too much so i will have to stick with 99-00 models. I know I want a PS but dont know what to look for in terms of mileage,leaks, and other problems. Any help would be appreciated.
