I have Access cover and am quite happy with it, now that it was correctly installed. I bought it from a dealer and they installed it badly, which made the cover noisey. I reinstalled it though and now I'm quite satisfied. It's fast to cover and oncover too. And if you lock the tailgate it's difficult for someone to get in without cutting the cover. That's as much security as I need.
No drill installation really is no drill. The cover looks as if it'll keep rain out of the bed well. It rained last night, no water in the bed. The cover covers most, but not all, of the toprails.
04 s/crew which tonneau covers the bed rails the most?I was looking into hard covers but it seems to be too much to handle removing one by yourself.
I know title says best soft cover, but wanted to comment. I had a Guidon hard cover on a previous F150, (fiberglass over steel frame), & I admit would be hard for one person to take off by hand, but I just hung a set of cheap motorcycle tiedowns in my rafters & it was easy & fast to remove.

I also have a Access cover, and I love it. Its a thick vinel cover and in the winter its great because you can adjust the tension thumb screw in the front. I had a snap tonneau on my old ranger and I woundn't dare take it off under 40 degree weather. I paid about $350 for my access cover.
I Have Good Old Extang Premium Thu Truckadons 189.00 Free Shipping Looks Good And Seem To Last Had On On 2002 And Now On 2004 Screw Just Good Price And After 2 Yrs Looked Good But You Are Right Un Snap In Winter Very Hard To Get Snapped Back On Does Have Adjustments On Rails And Cross Bars
i have the extang black max. it was a little over $200 at a local auto parts store. very easy install. have never had a problem at all with water in the bed. it is a PITA when it's cold out, a little difficult to put back on but the tension is somewhat adjustable. the only thing i have a problem with is, between the rails and bows, it added some height to the top of the bed making seeing over the tailgate that much more difficult. i did get a slight increase in mpg.
