I think a computer chip would be a good idea in the context of an overall performance modification plan. So the question I guess I intially have is, do you intend to do any other mods to the engine aside from the cams?

i plan to install the new cam with the specs that i got from 3Lstroker. in addition i want to upgrade the upper intake from a 2000 3.0 and a TB from a 5.0 or a 3.8 v6. i have jba headers and a 1 chamber flowmaster, accell ignition, underdrive crank pulley, and some other stuff that i have learned from reading this forum.

What is the difference on a 2000 intake!!
I was just wondering what is the differance with a intake on a 2000 3.0 and what do you gain by switching them!!
