E150 pads and Rotors

I've got a '94 E150 Chateau Club Wagon. The rotors are warped and the local brake shop says that the brakes on these vans are a weak spot. Not enough brake for the truck. I'm going to replace the rotors, not resurface them, but I was wondering if their is anything I could do to beef up the brakes. Larger rotors? Different pads? The original Mopar spec was for ceramic pads.

Brembo makes an OEM replacement rotor and Powerslot and EBC make slotted rotors for this truck.

Has anyone on this forum beefed up the brakes on their E150's? What would your recommendations be?
