Ok I tried to get a new MPLS but the parts store had two listed (one $37 and the other $50) and I didn't have a part number.
I pulled the one off the truck and it has a number of F5TP-7F293-AA but the part number in the zip file is E5TZ-7A247-A. I'm guessing that one if the older part number and one is the updated version. But which one is which?
More info. I just checked the AutoZone website and they list one to cover part numbers; O.E.M. #88923339, F2232, F7TZ-7A247-AA, F7TZ-7F293-AA ($48.99)
And the other covered: O.E.M. #88923277, E9TZ-7A247-A, F2220, F5TZ-7A247-A ($36.99)
As you can see neither one has MY part number listed. More confusion. And yes I double (and triple) checked my part number it is F5TP-7F293-AA

Reason: new info
Just changed one on a 94 f450 ambulance the old one # F5TP-7F293-AA That part has a new # and I will check on the box for new # sunday at work and let you know.
I found it. I checked the Advanced Auto website and found a pic of one that was exactly like the one I had in my hand, minus the dirt that is. I could even read the part number in the pic and it matched. Thanks for the help. Now only one thing, how to install the thing.
